  • When do I receive my ID Card?
    You should receive your card in the mail within 7-10 business days. If you have not received your card by then or if you need to order an additional card, you can either contact Customer Service at 1-877-258-3334 or visit Blue Connect.
  • How can I check if my service is covered?
    You will receive your Member Guide in the mail after you enroll. This guide provides detailed information in regard to your benefits and services. You can also contact Customer Service at 1-877-258-3334 Monday through Friday 8 am to 7 pm EST or log in to Blue Connect to check eligibility.
  • Am I subsidy eligible?

  • How do I make a payment?
    Individuals or Family plans can pay through Blue Connect. You can schedule a one-time payment or schedule recurring monthly bank drafts.
  • How do I enroll in Blue Connect?
    Log on to Blue Connect and select the Register option. You will need your ID card to complete the process.
  • What happens if I can’t change my password or get into my account?
